For almost ten years, The ARTgarage in Green Bay has been a place where artists and art lovers go to be inspired.
If you’ve never stepped foot inside the 100 year-old former cannery turned art gallery and studio, you might be pleasantly surprised to find out about all the things that happen there.
Local and regional artists display and sell their original artwork, children and adults get their hands dirty in a wide array of workshops, and fans of the performing arts soak up live music.
The ARTgarage is passionate about promoting real art. They encourage patrons to “Buy Real Art, Make Real Art” in an effort to promote the support of local art and artisans. Supporting the local artist community is a sure-fire way to ensure the arts continue to flourish in Northeast Wisconsin.

1. Cork & Canvas Classes
You may have heard of these popular classes popping up all ove;, at The ARTgarage, you won’t just be using acrylic paint every time. Well-established artists will instruct you on a wide variety of mediums including pastels, watercolors, and much more! There’s even coloring book classes!

Gallery admission is free, but donations are accepted.
3. Sign Your Children Up for the Summer Art Workshops
Want a creative alternative to summer camp? SAW runs all for three weeks during the summer and there’s something for every interest. There’s even flexible pick up and drop off options for working parents.

Do you have a specific skill that you would like to teach others? You can apply to teach a workshop, class, or Cork & Canvas event!

Artist opportunities are available in the galleries and in the gift shop. The ARTgarage is a great place to start your dream of being a paid artist, or to reach a new clientele.

Studio B and the Main Gallery can both be rented for your private event, such as a meeting, shower, or birthday party. Having your event at The ARTgarage is a great way to tie your love for the arts into your special day.

Each year, The ARTgarage hosts a community art project called Art Meets Heart. The public is invited to participate in a collaborative project which celebrates how unique we all are!
